Updates for Krews Room

I painted his letters for his room. I have to admit I'm no Martha, but I'm pretty proud of how they turned out.

His airplane I still need to hang from the ceiling... I'm a little nervous to put holes in for them... I will post pictures when I build up the courage.

30 Weeks!

The Bump is definetly growing!!!

I have started going to the Dr every 2 weeks. I even passed my Gestational Diabetes test, which most of my co-workers were certain I would fail due to my passion for Coke and candy :) I have still been sick from time to time and have a new enemy called Heartburn and insomnia. But, I wont complain, I have been lucky to have had a healthy pregnancy and continue to work.

28 Weeks

We made it to the 3rd Trimester!! Only 84 more days until my due date! Here is the big bump now!

I only IMAGINE how much more it's going to grow in the next 12 weeks!

The Nursery

Casey has been more than patient with me during this pregnancy! I don't know how he was tolerated me with being sick and well... just pregnant. He's been a sweetheart. I asked him to put together the crib and changing table/ dresser long before the room was even painted just to make sure nothing was broken and all the pieces were there. I'm a freak about stuff like that (among many other things), I just like to know that I KNOW that it's all there I guess.

Don't worry, Dax and Zoey made sure to help by eating all the plastic and cardboard, Lol.

Casey's helpers

Wahoo! We have the nursery all together!!!! It turned out better than I had hoped. We wanted to do a vintage airplane theme. Casey was pretty laid back about how ever I wanted to decorate it as long as it didn't look "girly." I think we were successful in the NOT girly departments, haha.
We started with a bright green room, like Key Lime pie colored walls and a purplish brown color boarding on the bottom. Oh, and not to mention the BRIGHT red OWL painted on the wall. That Landon, my nephew would call "Kitty." I want to kick myself for not taking a picture to post Needless to say, we had a lot of painting to do! Casey's mom, Chris came and textured the walls. Casey and I painted!

Drum roll please....

Somewhat of the whole room

I still have a little bit left to do. I'm going to hang metal and wooden vintage airplanes from the ceiling and put his name up above his crib. I'll post pictures when his room is officially finished!!!

Pumpkin Decorating

Casey's family is FULL of crafty people! They are so gifted with decorating and creating skills! Grandma Knotts put together a pumpkin decorating get together for the family. This is what we made...

It was really fun! Everyone brought ribbon, Chris cut the vinyl, and Chayla helped everyone make them look cute! I had a great time and am so thankful to have them all as family!

22 Weeks!!!

The Bump

Ta Da! The last few weeks have been so fun! I have felt him move, kick, play. The feeling is indescribale! Casey has been able to feel him move too.  My belly has finally started to grown and look more like it might be a baby rather that a food baby, which is kindof nice.

22 Week Ultrasound

Seeing how much he has grown and how much he look like a baby now was exciting to see. During the ultrasound Dr. Anderson said we needed to enroll our little one into gymastics since he was putting his feet above his head and sucking on his own toes, it was fun to him move around. Everything went really well, the Dr. said we could move my due date up to January, 14th instead of the 16th. During the ultasound we were shown the heart, the brain, bladder, kidneys, spine, each arm, each leg, gender and his profile.

Here are some of the Pictures of the Ultrasound...

My Favorite, his profile

Waving at Mommy & Daddy
Even though these past 22ish weeks have been occuapied by hugging the toilet and all sorts of WEIRD stuff that happens when your pregnant they have been the most exciting weeks of my life! Only about 126 more days until we get to meet...

Frogs, Snails, and Puppy Tails... IT'S A BOY!

Yep, you heard it right... A BOY!!! We are so excited! It was kind of funny since most of our friends and family just thought this baby was "For Sure" a little girl.  This little baby is not a girl and here is HIS evidence...

I get so excited just thinking about him getting to play with his two cousins, Luke and Landon! I'm sure the three of these boys will find some trouble to get into. Casey is excited to teach him baseball, how to hunt and fish, and the secrets of being a man, LOL. This ultrasound just made everything that much for real for me. I have banned myself from listening to Taylor Swifts'  "Never Grow-up" song due to my inability to control my emotions. All I can say is I cannot wait for this little boy to make his arrival!I am already so in-love with this little guy.
